Enter your RCN interACTION Games e-mail address, for example: myname@epix.net, and your RCN interACTION Games password. The RCN interACTION Games password is the password you set for the service.

If you received this error message please follow the instructions below:
1. Verify that you have subscribed to the RCN interACTION Games service. You must subscribe to the RCN interACTION Games service before using it.
2. If you are subscribed to the RCN interACTION Games service, you may have entered the E-mail/password incorrectly.
*Note that your RCN interACTION Games password is case sensitive.
Please try to enter the password again.

I forgot my password - how can I retrieve my password? |

Please click here. Enter your E-mail, click "Send", and your new password will then be sent to your e-mail address. You can also use the "Forgot Password" feature located on the login page to have a new password sent to your email address.

You can start playing games immediately after your registration process.

Can I still use RCN interACTION Games even if I do not have RCN Internet service? |

No, you must use RCN Broadband in order to use RCN interACTION Games.

If I cancel my RCN Internet service, will my RCN interACTION Games account be cancelled as well? |

Yes. Canceling RCN Internet will automatically cancel your RCN interACTION Games account. You will NOT have to cancel your RCN interACTION Games account separately.
You can, of course, cancel your RCN interACTION Games account without cancelling your RCN Internet service.

Can the games still be played after I cancel my subscription? |
|
No. When you cancel your RCN interACTION Games account, you can no longer play the games on the service.

Can the games still be played after I cancel my trial subscription? |
|
You can still play the games on the site if you cancel before the end of the trial period, but you can only play until the 14—day trial expires.

Will deleting the RCN interACTION Games player and software cancel my RCN interACTION Games subscription? |

No, removing the RCN interACTION Games game player or the games you have downloaded will not cancel your RCN interACTION Games subscription. You will have to login to your account and complete the cancellation process.

What happens after the trial period is over? |
|
After the 14-day trial period, your subscription will mature into a paid subscription and you will be billed monthly until you cancel your RCN interACTION Games subscription.
